• Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out

• Need to leave later? Late check-out is available by prior arrangement with reception and is subject to availability. If you are interested in a later check-out, please contact us in advance.

Building C

• Please return the keys to the TWILL Apartments reception.
• Leaving before reception opening hours? Please drop the keys into the white mailbox located on the entrance gate.
• Please drop the keys into the mailbox from the outside.

Building B

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to take care of a few final things:

• Log out of your accounts on the TV.
• Turn off the air conditioning if your room is equipped with it.
• Check the safe and make sure you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Please inform reception when you leave.

Is reception closed?

If you are leaving outside reception opening hours, please contact us via Booking.com or Airbnb, depending on where you made your reservation. Alternatively, you can call us or message us on WhatsApp.

Need to store your luggage?

• Would you like to enjoy Brno without your luggage after check-out? We will be happy to store it for you at reception free of charge. Just arrange it with us.

Do you need parking during your stay?

Parking in the courtyard is available for CZK 150 / night / car or CZK 100 / night / motorcycle.

The number of parking spaces is limited, and courtyard parking is subject to availability. If you would like to reserve a parking space, please contact reception.

Street parking

There are blue parking zones around TWILL Apartments.

• On weekdays, parking is free during the day. Parking fees apply from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• On weekends, parking in the blue zones is free.

To pay for parking, simply download the ParkSimply Brno app to your smartphone.

Do you need to leave your car parked after check-out?

No problem. If you need to leave your car in the parking space after check-out, please arrange it with reception.

Need to connect to Wi-Fi?

Network name: TWILL Guest
Password: TwillStay!70

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property for the entire duration of your stay.

Apartment cleaning

• Apartments are not cleaned every day as they would be in a traditional hotel. If you would like your apartment to be cleaned during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it free of charge – simply ask at reception.

Is anything missing or do you need anything replenished? Please contact reception. We will be happy to help.

Laundry and ironing

The laundry room is located in the passageway within the property. You can use your assigned access code to enter.

• You can use the washing machines every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Laundry detergent is available upon request.
• Need to use the dryer? Please request access at reception during opening hours, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM.
• Need to iron your clothes? We will be happy to lend you an iron, or we can iron your clothes for you.

All these services are free of charge for our guests.

The new Premium and Superior apartments in Building B are equipped with Smart TVs.

Not sure how to use any of the equipment? Our reception staff will be happy to assist you and explain everything.

Smart TV

Your apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to use apps such as Netflix, Oneplay, YouTube and others during your stay.

To use these apps, please sign in with your own user account.

If you sign in to any apps during your stay, remember to sign out before you leave. This will help keep your login details secure.

Screen sharing from your phone

The TV supports wireless screen sharing from your mobile phone or tablet.

For this feature to work properly, both your phone and the TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

1. On your phone, open the Screen Mirroring / Cast / Smart View / AirPlay feature – the name may vary depending on your device.
2. Select your TV from the list of available devices.
3. You can then display photos, videos or other content from your phone on the TV.

The new Premium and Superior apartments in Building B are equipped with air conditioning.

Air conditioning

Some apartments are equipped with air conditioning controlled by a wall-mounted controller.

Turning the air conditioning on and off

Press the ON/OFF button to turn the air conditioning on or off.

Mode

Press the MODE button to switch between the available modes:

• AUTO – automatic mode
• COOL – cooling
• HEAT – heating
• DRY – dehumidification
• FAN – fan only

For cooling, we recommend COOL mode; for heating, use HEAT mode.

Temperature settings

Use the ▲ / ▼ buttons to set the desired temperature.
The temperature cannot be adjusted in FAN mode.

Fan speed

Press the Fan Speed button to adjust the fan speed:

• Auto
• Low
• Medium
• High

Swing – louver movement

Press the Swing button to turn the automatic louver movement on or off. This helps distribute the air evenly throughout the room.

Silent and ECO modes

Two additional modes are also available:

• Silent – quieter operation, ideal for use at night
• ECO – more energy-efficient operation with lower energy consumption

Activating a function:

1. Press the F (Function) button.
2. Use the F button or the ▲ / ▼ arrows to select the desired function.
3. Confirm by pressing the Confirm button.

Deactivating a function:

Press the Cancel button.

The new Premium and Superior apartments in Building B are equipped with an in-room safe.

Safe

Your apartment is equipped with a safe for securely storing valuables and personal belongings.

Setting and locking the safe

1. Press the # (Start) button.
2. Close the safe door.
3. Enter your own 3–8 digit code.
4. Press the # (Start) button.
5. Turn the knob counterclockwise.

Opening the safe

1. Press the # (Start) button.
2. Enter your code.
3. Press the # (Start) button.
4. Turn the knob clockwise.

Please leave the safe open before departure.
